Hygiene Exception: For sealed e-cigarette products, including vape devices, pods, heating elements, and other mouth-contact items, we reserve the right to refuse returns and refunds if the sealed packaging has been opened or the product has been used, due to health and hygiene reasons. This is in accordance with European consumer protection regulations.
Depreciation Deduction: We reserve the right to make an appropriate deduction from the refund only if the value of the product has diminished as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product. The deduction will be determined based on the actual loss of value; we do not apply any predetermined percentage deductions.
2. Confirmed Quality Defects, Transit Damage, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact our customer service team within 7 calendar days of receiving the item and provide clear photos or a video demonstrating the issue.
Upon verification, we will cover the applicable shipping and return costs. At your discretion, we will provide either a free replacement or a full refund of the amount actually paid.

3. Custom-Made Products
The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to products customized to your specifications, including but not limited to custom engravings, bespoke flavors, personalized packaging, etc. Once the order is confirmed and production begins, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a verified quality defect.
